Egis, an international engineering group, delivers infrastructure projects globally, from the Paris metro line extension to stadiums in Cameroon.
Their ageing corporate site and extended web presence no longer reflected what the business had achieved and where it was headed.
Tangent was tasked with consolidating Egis' diverse digital sites into a single, modern and accessible platform that supported global and local needs.

20 country and thematic sites were unified in a series of iterative sitemaps. Subsequent wireframes and designs were based off this structure.

We completed a series of workshops with relevant professionals and lab technicians to explore the current process, problems and solutions:
Workshop 1: Exploring the current patient care pathway
Workshop 2 & 3: Potential user workflow
Workshop 4: Technical feasibility and solutions
Insight into novel technologies allowing for ctDNA analysis, ct DNA extractions and PCR precision cancer monitoring was gained through medical experts and engineers.

Existing brand guidelines were reviewed and overhauled to enhance the Egis’s brand presence online.
New brand elements were introduced to give the site a modern and confident feel. Architectural plans and the metal frame of the Pompidou Centre were used as inspiration for the pin line motif that is used to structure the site.
An Atomic Design System was used throughout the design delivery process.
